.DISCUSSION...Cool and cloudy weather is expected today with light
rain showers possible in southern Minnesota. Temperatures will
warm well above normal for Thursday and Friday but additional
chances for rain will keep relative humidities elevated. Also,
winds should mostly remain under 30 mph, signaling that this week
should be relatively free of fire weather concerns.
