.DISCUSSION...
Dry air will continue to flow into the region over the next few
days. As a result, minimum afternoon RH`s are forecast to dip to
between 25-35 percent Tuesday and 30-40 percent Wednesday. Areas
of frost likely across north-central MN and western WI Wednesday
morning. Winds remain light with surface high pressure over the
region. A warming trend will send highs back into the 70s by late
week. The next best chance for precipitation arrives for the
second half of the weekend.
