.DISCUSSION...Southerly winds will increase Thursday, with gusts
of 30-35 mph possible. Highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s will
yield minimum RH`s between 30-40 percent. While RH`s are forecast
to remain above critical thresholds, the stronger winds may
promote elevated fire weather conditions Thursday. Moisture
gradually increases through the weekend, ahead of the next chances
for rain showers.
