.Around a dozen roads are still covered in water or are impassible
due to standing water. Be sure to heed local law enforcement and
closed roadways.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Minnesota, including the
  following county, Stevens.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It
  will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
  work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 825 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding in the
    warned area. Around a dozen roadways are still covered in
    water due to rain from multiple days of thunderstorms.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Morris, Hancock, Chokio, Donnelly, Lake Hattie, Fish Lake,
    Alberta and Morris Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
