...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Lac qui Parle, Chippewa
  and Yellow Medicine Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in
  North Redwood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 900 AM CDT Friday, the stage was 22.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 900 AM CDT Friday was 22.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 21.7 feet Friday,
    August 08.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  river begin flooding, along with some basements of houses along
  the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1000 AM CDT Friday, the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1000 AM CDT Friday was 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.2
    feet early Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
