...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Yellow Medicine, Chippewa
  and Lac qui Parle Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in
  North Redwood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 900 AM CDT Saturday, the stage was 22.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 900 AM CDT Saturday was 22.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 21.6 feet
    Saturday, August 09.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 900 AM CDT Saturday was 15.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.3
    feet this evening.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
