The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of Minnesota,
including the following areas, Anoka, Benton, Carver, Chisago,
Dakota, Freeborn, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, Le Sueur,
Mille Lacs, Morrison, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Steele,
Waseca, Washington and Wright and Wisconsin, including the following
areas, Barron, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk
and St. Croix.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 10 AM CDT this morning.
