...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GEORGE COUNTY
THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 359 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles northwest of Tanner Williams, or 12 miles southeast of
Lucedale, moving west at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern George
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
