  Sound East Of Pascagoula, or near Western Dauphin Island, moving
  south at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
