  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Eastern Choctawhatchee Bay...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...
  Western Choctawhatchee Bay...

* Until 630 AM CST.

* At 455 AM CST, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Mid Bay
  Bridge to 47 nm south of Farewell Buoy, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Choctawhatchee Bay, Highway 331 Bridge, Okaloosa Deep Water
  Reef, Oriskany Reef, Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, Destin, East
  Pass At Destin, East Choctawhatchee Bay, Okaloosa Pier, and Mid Bay
  Bridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CST for northwestern
Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
