FOR COASTAL ALABAMA, THE WESTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE AND STONE AND
GEORGE COUNTIES IN MISSISSIPPI...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 078, 079, 201, 202, 203,
  204, 205, 206, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265 and 266.

* WINDS...North 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 27 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
