For the following areas...
Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to 60
NM...
Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...

At 551 AM CST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 17 nm northeast of Panama
City Beach to 52 nm southwest of Oriskany Reef, moving east at 50
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
