20 NM...
Until 245 PM CST....

At 148 PM CST...Showers capable of producing waterspouts were
located 11 nm northeast of Oriskany Reef, or 17 nm southwest of Mary
Esther...moving northeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Oriskany Reef and Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef.

The primary threats from these showers are wind gusts up to 30 knots
and locally higher waves. A waterspout can`t be ruled out. Boaters
should consider seeking safe harbor until these waterspouts have
passed.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
