waters...moving east at 20 knots. A few waterspouts possible.

Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Pass, Sand Island Lighthouse, Destin, Bon
Secour Bay, Fort Pickens, Farewell Buoy, Mississippi Sound East Of
Pascagoula, Okaloosa Pier, and Perdido Pass.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts this
morning. They can form under rainfree cumulus. Waterspouts can
easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous waves and seas.
