...A line of strong thunderstorms will affect
  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...
Until 915 AM CDT....

At 747 AM CDT...A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a
line extending from 17 nm southeast of Farewell Buoy to 22 nm south
of Gulf Shores Beach to 28 nm south of Perdido Pass to 29 nm
southwest of Oriskany Reef. These storms was nearly stationary.

These storms will remain over mainly open waters.

The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30
knots...locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should
consider seeking safe harbor until these storms have passed.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
