expected during the afternoon hours on Monday and Tuesday, mainly
over coastal counties and into southeast Mississippi. Afternoon
relative humidity values will remain above critical levels.
Transport winds will be northeasterly to easterly on Monday and
Tuesday. Afternoon dispersion index values will be generally good
to good both days.
