.DISCUSSION...Scattered showers and storms are expected over the
southern portion of the area on Wednesday with drier conditions
on Thursday. The highest rain chances will occur primarily during
the morning hours Wednesday. Afternoon relative humidity values
remain well above critical levels. Transport winds will be mostly
easterly on Wednesday and Thursday. Winds will be gusty out of
the east with wind gusts around 20 to 30 mph Wednesday afternoon.
Dispersion index values will be generally good to good on
Wednesday and good on Thursday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Patchy fog development is
possible late tonight, mainly over interior areas.
