Thursday before scattered showers and storms return to coastal
areas on Friday. Afternoon relative humidity values remain above
critical levels both days. Transport winds will generally be
easterly Thursday morning becoming to southeasterly through
Friday. Winds will be gusty out of the east with wind gusts
around 20 mph Thursday afternoon and 20 to 30 mph on Friday.
Dispersion index values will good on Thursday and Friday.
