.DISCUSSION...Scattered to numerous showers and storms are
expected Monday and Tuesday with the greatest coverage across the
southern half of the area. Afternoon relative humidity values
remain above critical levels. Transport winds Monday will be
mostly westerly to northwesterly and westerly to southwesterly
Tuesday. Dispersion index values will be fair along the coast and
generally good to good inland Monday, becoming fair to generally
good for most locations Tuesday.

Fog potential and other remarks...Fog development is not expected
tonight.
