be expected Wednesday with scattered to possibly numerous showers
and storms on Thursday. Afternoon relative humidity values remain
well above critical levels. Transport winds will be light and
variable on Wednesday and northwesterly to southwesterly on
Thursday. Dispersion values will be fair to generally good on
Wednesday and fair to good on Thursday.
