southeast Mississippi and southwestern Alabama on Monday, and
over extreme southeast Mississippi on Tuesday. Afternoon relative
humidity values remain above critical levels. Transport winds
will be mostly northeasterly to northerly Monday and easterly on
Tuesday. Dispersion index values will be fair to good Monday and
generally good to good on Tuesday.
