.DISCUSSION...Scattered to numerous showers and storms are
expected today, becoming more widespread tonight as a cold front
moves through the area. Rain chances quickly decrease from west to
east Thursday morning, drying out by the afternoon. Afternoon
relative humidity values remain above critical levels today and
Thursday. Transport winds will generally be southwesterly to
southerly today, shifting to northerly on Thursday. Dispersion
index values will be generally good to good today and generally
good areawide on Thursday.

Fog potential and other remarks...Fog development is not expected
