Minimum relative humidity values drop to around 30-35% on
Thursday for much of the area. Humidity values will remain well
above critical levels on Friday. Northerly transport winds this
morning will turn southwesterly by the afternoon hours. Transport
winds will be southwesterly to westerly on Friday. Dispersion
index values will be generally poor to fair Thursday and fair to
generally good on Friday.
