highest coverage expected closer to the coast. Afternoon relative
humidity values remain above critical levels Sunday and Monday.
Transport winds will be mostly northwesterly to westerly Sunday
and northerly to northeasterly on Monday. Dispersion index values
will be fair to generally good Sunday and Monday.

Fog potential and other remarks...Patchy fog development cannot
