Ponding of water in urban is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 736 AM CDT, Doppler radar and nearby rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in a short period of time. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
