Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Styx River near Elsanor.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Major flooding occurs to houses and
  streets along the river in Seminole Landing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.9
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
