.SYNOPSIS...
Tropical Storm Bertha will continue to move slowly westward
across the Mississippi Delta through this evening with maximum
sustained winds near 45 miles per hour. Tropical storm force
winds are impacting the Alabama Gulf waters and will decrease to
moderate southerly winds by late tonight. Seas 9 to 12 feet this
evening will continue to gradually subside through Thursday
night. Light southwesterly to westerly winds begin Thursday night
and continue through the weekend.
