Mississippi River Valley maintains a moderate to strong offshore
flow through mid morning. Winds will weaken and seas subside by
this afternoon. A light offshore flow holds into the weekend.
Small rain chances return late in the weekend. A broad area of low
pressure over the central Gulf brings a gradual increase in swell
by Monday.
