.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system developing off the Texas coast
this morning will move east across the northern Gulf coast through
tonight and into Monday, with increasing east to northeast winds
and building seas expected through Monday. By Monday evening high
pressure will be building back over the marine area from the west,
with a return to light offshore flow for the first part of next
week. Winds will eventually become southerly by mid week with a
light onshore flow ensuing.
