southeasterly flow will persist through Sunday. A light to
moderate southeasterly flow returns Monday and will be followed by
a light to moderate offshore flow by Tuesday. Swells from Hurricane
Rafael will bring hazardous seas to the Gulf waters through the
weekend. Seas will gradually subside early next week.
