.SYNOPSIS...Light onshore flow will persist today. A weak cold
front moves through Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night, bringing
a brief return to light offshore winds. A stronger cold front will
approach on Thursday with onshore flow strengthening ahead of the
front. Strong northerly winds will develop in the wake of the
front Thursday night into Friday with seas building offshore. A
Small Craft Advisory will likely be needed by the end of the week.
