moderate to potentially strong offshore late tonight into Wednesday
as a complex of thunderstorms moves through the area. Winds will
then decrease with a light onshore flow resuming Wednesday night
and Thursday. A light offshore flow is expected late in the week
and over the weekend as a cold front stalls over the area.
