...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL LAKE AND CENTRAL
VOLUSIA COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM EDT...

At 550 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near DeLeon Springs, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, DeLand, and New Smyrna
Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
