            Corrected for location of waterspout. The
            waterspout actually occurred over Griffin
            Lake (lat: 28.836, lon: -81.841). Videos
            sent by public and local media show a
            waterspout developed over Griffin Lake in
            the Leesburg area near sunset. A confirmed
            report by the Leesburg fire department,
            indicates the spout remained over water as
            it was reaching the ground.
