A moderate risk of life-threatening rip currents exists at all central Florida Atlantic beaches. Always swim near a lifeguard and never enter the water alone. .WIND AND SEA IMPACT... Low pressure well out in the Atlantic continues to churn up fresh to strong northwest breezes over the local waters. As a result, dangerous seas from 6 to 11 feet are expected in the Gulf Stream through midday before subsiding to 6 to 9 feet late in the day. Nearshore boating conditions will be hazardous through at least midday and should remain poor through the afternoon. .FIRE WEATHER IMPACT... Much drier air and breezy northwest winds will make for fire- sensitive weather conditions this afternoon. Open burning is discouraged. Properly discard cigarettes and do not park vehicles on dry grass. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. At least a Moderate risk of rip currents will exist at Atlantic beaches on Wednesday and beyond. There is a low chance for isolated lightning storms on Sunday night into Monday as a cold front moves toward the state. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
