East Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph will occasionally gust 30 to 35 mph along the coast through tonight. .RIP CURRENT AND SURF IMPACT... A HIGH risk of rip currents and rough surf will produce very hazardous conditions in the surf zone. Entering the surf is not advised. A High Surf Advisory is in effect for the Treasure coast late today into Saturday for breaking waves up to 7 feet. .COASTAL FLOOD IMPACT... Minor coastal flooding will be possible around the times of high tide. .WIND AND SEA IMPACT... Small craft should exercise caution near the Volusia and Brevard coasts this morning but conditions there will deteriorate later today. A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect for the remainder of the local Atlantic waters. .RIVER FLOOD IMPACT... The forecast points along the middle Saint Johns River will remain in Moderate to Major Flood Stage through early next week. At Astor, Deland and Geneva above Lake Harney, the river is forecast to remain nearly steady in Major Flood Stage into early next week. At Sanford, the river will continue to very slowly rise within Moderate Flood Stage. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. A long fetch of east northeast winds over the Atlantic will persist into the middle of next week. As a result, hazardous boating and surf conditions are forecast to continue, including minor coastal flooding around the time of high tide, a HIGH risk of rip currents and rough surf. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
