Light southerly winds this morning will turn southeast and increase to 5-10 mph around 2 PM behind the east coast sea breeze. There is a medium (30-40%) chance for rain and lightning storms this afternoon. Isolated to scattered showers and lightning storms are forecast to develop along the sea breeze in the early afternoon and progress inland with the boundary. Any lingering shower and storm activity will dissipate or push away from the burn site by 7 PM. No min RH concerns. Warm and humid conditions today with afternoon highs in the low 90s with peak heat indices of 103-105 degrees. Smoke dispersion values will be fair to poor today and Thursday.
