Isolated to widely scattered showers (30% chance) and lightning
storms are forecast to develop this afternoon and evening before
rain chances end by around 8PM. The primary hazards will be
frequent lightning strikes, wind gusts up to 55 mph, and heavy
rainfall (up to 1-3" locally). West-southwest winds at 5-10mph are
forecast to back south to southeast by 6PM. An afternoon high of
95F degrees is expected with a maximum heat index value of 106F
degrees. Dispersion values will be Poor to Generally Good. No
critical RH values are expected.
