increase in cloud cover this afternoon. Northwest winds this
morning around 10 mph veer to the north and reach 10-15 mph by
midday. Continual veering to the north-northeast is expected this
afternoon with winds 10-15 mph gusting around 20 mph. While rain
is not explicitly forecast, the potential for an isolated,
onshore-moving shower increases to around 10 percent in the
