.DISCUSSION...

Isolated light shower chances exist in vicinity of the burn site this
morning and into the early afternoon. No lightning expected this morning,
and confidence in lightning remains low into the afternoon. Light and
variable winds toward the start of the burn become established out of
the southeast mid to late morning. Winds increase near 10 mph as the
sea breeze passes with only a minor wind shift out of the east-southeast.
MinRH remains above critical thresholds. Fair to generally good smoke
dispersion is forecast.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (45-55 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers through the day. Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
