.DISCUSSION...Hot and humid today, with peak heat indices up to near
110 degrees. A Heat Advisory is in effect from Noon to 6 PM today at
the burn site. Near normal coverage of showers and lightning storms is
forecast, as high pressure moves away from the local area. The highest
coverage (60 percent) at the site is forecast generally between 2-6 PM.
A few stronger storms, with wind gusts up to 50 mph, will be possible
along with frequent lightning strikes. Chances increase Tuesday, becoming
around 80 percent, as deeper moisture moves over the area. Higher coverage
of showers and storms will limit peak heat indices Tuesday. No min RH
concerns. Fair dispersion today.
