Dry conditions are forecast today with min RH around 45 percent
this afternoon. Light and variable winds this morning and into
the early afternoon will keep smoke dispersion poor to fair.
A weak sea breeze could reach the burn site late this afternoon,
but winds are forecast to remain less than 10 mph. High temperatures
will be close to seasonal values, nearing 80 degrees. No precip is
expected. Patchy fog will be possible late tonight into early Wednesday
morning.
