.DISCUSSION...Unusually hot today and Tuesday with max temps in the upper 90s
and peak heat indices 108 to 112. Light and variable winds early this morning
will become northeast to east by Noon. Isolated storms late in the day and
early evening may produce gusty outflow winds well away from the parent storm.
Deep mixing layer will help produce Good dispersion.
