231 FNUS72 KMLB 061827 FWSMLB Spot Forecast for 10TH STREET (64)...Florida Department of Transportation National Weather Service Melbourne FL 227 PM EDT Tue May 6 2025 Forecast is based on forecast start time of 1800 EDT on May 06. If conditions become unrepresentative, contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION... There will be a chance for showers and storms early in the evening, with rain chances up to 30-40 percent. Any storms that develop will may become strong, with the potential to produce strong and erratic winds, frequent lightning, locally heavy rainfall and hail. However, this activity will diminish through late evening. Fog is not forecast overnight, but light winds at the surface may allow any smoke from the nearby wildfire to settle, limiting visibilities along any nearby roadways late tonight through early Wednesday morning. Main concern would be along US-92 due the proximity of the brush fire to that roadway, and with light winds out of the south. .TONIGHT...
