.DISCUSSION...
Min RH is not a concern this week due to daily rain chances and
higher moisture over the area. Greater coverage of showers and
storms will remain along and west of the I-95 corridor, and
especially west of the St. Johns River, as the east coast sea breeze
moves inland each afternoon. Temperatures will continue to increase
through at least Saturday, reaching the mid 90s. Combined with high
humidity, peak heat index values will range from 103 to 110 degrees,
especially across the northern two-thirds of east central Florida
from Thursday to Saturday. Smoke dispersion values will be poor to
fair today, and poor to fair across the south and fair to generally
good across the north on Thursday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
However, localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
