.DISCUSSION...
High pressure expands across the eastern U.S. into midweek, locally
increasing east-northeast winds. Good smoke dispersion today becomes
Very Good to Excellent Wednesday as winds increase to 15-20+ mph
with peak gusts 25-30 mph at times. Rounds of isolated to scattered
showers and storms are forecast to push onto the coast this morning,
with higher coverage (50-60%) building west of I-95 into the
afternoon. A generally wet pattern continues through late week,
perhaps remaining drier northwest of I-4 Wednesday and Thursday.
There are no critical RH concerns.
Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
