Mostly dry conditions are forecast through the week as high pressure
gradually builds over the south-central and southeast U.S. Light
showers cannot be ruled out Wednesday and Thursday as near-surface
moisture and onshore flow increases. There are no notable fire
weather concerns at this time. Fair to generally good smoke
dispersion is forecast today, becoming generally good Tuesday and
Wednesday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
However, localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
