.DISCUSSION...
Light south to southwest wind flow early this week will turn onshore
along the coast each afternoon behind the sea breeze which will
push slowly inland. Hot and humid conditions are forecast the next
several days with peak afternoon heat indices of 103-107 Monday and
possibly up to 109 on Tuesday before scattered to numerous late
afternoon and early evening lightning storms. Afternoon dispersion
values will be Generally Good Monday and mostly Fair Tuesday as
transport winds weaken slightly.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
However, localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
