.Discussion...
High pressure remains in place over the local area into mid-week,
maintaining generally light and variable flow. The exception will
be along the coast from the Space Coast southward, where warming
afternoon temperatures will produce a light, easterly sea breeze
in the afternoon hours. Smoke dispersion looks to remain poor to
fair. Highs warming into the upper 70s to near 80 into mid-week.
Min RH will remain a concern over the interior, especially north
and west of I-4 this afternoon. Min RH values forecast between 35
to 45%, while areas to the south and east remain above critical
levels. A larger area of 35 to 45% min RH is forecast on Tuesday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Patchy fog is possible across
the Treasure Coast and interior counties this morning. Patchy fog
will also be possible over the interior tonight into early Tuesday
morning. Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
