.DISCUSSION...
Rain chances increase areawide early this week while the greatest
coverage remains favored near, north, and west of I-4 late each
afternoon and evening (~60%). Drier air will then reduce rain
chances slightly Tuesday and Wednesday. Light and variable winds
today become onshore as the east coast sea breeze moves inland.
North-northeast flow develops Monday, increasing to 10-15 mph by
Tuesday. Light winds keep smoke dispersion Poor to Fair today with
minor improvements Monday. Increased flow will then allow Good to
Very Good smoke dispersion Tuesday. There are no critical RH
concerns through the period. High temperatures hold in the low 90s
along the coast, ranging the low to mid 90s inland.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
However, localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
