...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following
  county, Brevard.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 259 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 3.5 and 5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
    warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Titusville, Titusville Airport, Port Saint John, Sharpes,
    Mims, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, Bellwood, Lagrange,
    Turnbull and Aurantia.
